LASAGNA ROLLS WITH CRABMEAT
8 lasagna noodles
1 (16 oz.) container ricotta cheese
1 (14 oz.) package imitation crabmeat, chopped
5 mushrooms, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain.
Combine ricotta, crabmeat, mushrooms and onion in bowl; mix well.
Take 1 lasagna noodle and cut in half. Place some of the ricotta mixture on the cut lasagna noodle. Roll the noodle and place in baking dish. Finish stuffing the remaining noodles and place in baking dish.
Cover lasagna rolls with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes.
Makes 10 rolls
