ZUCCHINI CUT IN HALF TO LONG WAY, PRIK CUT SIDE WITH A FORK AND COVER WITH ZESTY ITALIAN DRESSING..GRILL CUT SIDE DOWN , SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE...WHEN GRILL MARKS APPEAR TAKE OFF GRILL .. ADD GARLIC AND ONOIN POWDER AND BREAD GRUMBS .... HEAT SOME LEFT OVER BACON GREASE(I KEEP SOME IN MY FREEZER) IN MICRO AND POUR OVER BREAD CRUMBS.. CRUMBLE ON SOME MOZZARELLA OR FETA AND BROIL IN OVEN TILL MELTED ...HAVE ALSO ADDED SOME DICED TOMATOES.... HALF PER PERSON
