Recipe(tried): Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ground Beef Stroganoff

1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion chopped
one can cream of mushroom soup
one can of beef broth
one 16 oz carton of sour cream
3 cups egg noodles
salt and pepper for taste
1 cup of water

Brown ground beef with chopped onion ( I somtimes use onion soup mix when in a hurry). In sauce pan add soup, broth and sour cream, bring to a simmer. Add ground beef and cup of water. Bring to boil, Add noodles and let simmer for 20 minutes or until noodles are done.
My husband prefers this the next day for supper.
