Recipe: Meatloaf Baked with Mushroom Gravy (using corn flakes and condensed soup)

MEATLOAF BAKED WITH MUSHROOM GRAVY

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1 cube bouillon dissolved in 1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Combine beef, onion and seasonings. Add cornflakes and mix well. Shape into a loaf in a roasting pan.

Mix together dissolved bouillon and (undiluted) soup, pour over meat

Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. Remove loaf from pan and sprinkle with parsley. Skim any excess fat from gravy before serving.

Makes 4 servings
