I just got a GTxpress 101 at Goodwill of all places-it didn't have the manual or anything but I found a downloadable one at http://www.surftilyoudrop.com/files/GTXpress101-recipes.pdf

Additionally I decided to try a regular cake mix-a regular chocolate cake mix box (for 13x9 pan) made like 7 mini cakes in about 8 minutes each baking-and they came out great! much easier to freeze as well.

I also tried left over mashed potatoes-put in some green beans, some already cooked ground beef, some shredded cheese and chopped onions for an impromptu shepherd's pie-took about 15 minutes including prep time! :)
