Recipe(tried): Ham, Cabbage and Potatoes

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
This is a Family Favorite!
Even the kids enjoy it!

1 Ham (Boiled) not canned! (size based on need)
1-2 head('s) cabbage
peeled and quartered potato's

1 large pot
water
Cook on stove top

Put ham in pot, quarter head's cabbage, add to pot, add quartered potatoes, add water, enough to cover the above listed.
Cook approx. 2 hours.

Left over potato's and cabbage, no problem!
Throw them in a fry pan, and some margarine, they are great!

Hope you enjoy, this is my mother-in law's recipe. She was born in Ireland!
