Ham 'N Egg Crepes
Serves:4-6

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
6 hard boiled eggs,chopped
1 Tbls. chives,chopped
1/4 tsp.dry mustard
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 recipe for basic crepes
Mix 1/2 can of soup, sour cream, ham, eggs, chives and mustard, set aside. Combine remaining soup, milk and half of the cheese, set aside.
Put about 1/4 cup ham-egg filling on each crepe & roll up.Arrange filled crepes in greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.Pour sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or till hot and bubbly.
