1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
2 cups flour
1 (8 oz) package Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 (10 oz) package shredded cheese
4 tsp ground cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
ground black pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Combine ground chuck, tomatoes, flour, salt, and pepper with a mixer. Mix until combined, and form into balls. Place on a 9 x 10 baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes in a 450 degree oven or until brown.
When you remove them, mix together cream cheese, shredded cheese, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Insert half-way down into baked hamburger rolls. Chill in fridge for up to 24 hours.
Great cold or hot! I made these for my kids as an after school snack, and they went wild. They are surprisingly amazing, and my cousin's local restaurant started serving them. They are a hit and are the restaurant's number one request. Trust me, they are delicious!!!!
