Recipe(tried): Hard Boiled Eggs
Misc.About 15 min once the water has come to a boil.
Put eggs in a single layer in a saucepan, deep enough to cover the eggs with one-inch of water.
Bring the water to a boil. Remove saucepan from the heat source and place a cover on the saucepan.
Let stand 15 minutes, covered. Pour off the water, then rinse eggs in cold water until eggs are completely cooled.
The 15 minutes time is for large eggs; increase or reduce the time by 3 minutes for larger or smaller eggs. If you are not going to use the eggs right away, then refrigerate them.
