Recipe: Harvard Beets
Misc.HARVARD BEETS
1 can beets
Sauce:
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. butter
Drain can of cooked beets. Mix together sugar, corn-
starch, salt, vinegar and butter. Boil 5 minutes. Add beets
and let stand 15 minutes on simmer.
