Recipe: Spiced Beef Tenderloin with Orange Sauce (using orange juice, steaks)

2 cups fresh orange juice
4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks
Cajun blackened seasoning mix
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
Boil orange juice in heavy saucepan until reduced to 1 cup, about 10 minutes. (Can be made one day ahead. Refrigerate, covered.)
Prepare grill (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler.
Generously season steaks with Cajun seasoning mix; grill to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Meanwhile, bring juice to simmer. Add butter and oil; simmer until syrupy, about 4 minutes.
Divide steaks among plates. Serve with sauce.
Makes 4 servings
