Recipe: Harvard Beets (using canned beets, repost)

Hi Elly! Here's a recipe using canned beets. Since you have the sweet and sour flavor in the pickled beets already, you can probably substitute water for some or all of the vinegar and maybe cut back on the sugar a little. Happy Cooking! Betsy
