Recipe(tried): Hash browns

Breakfast and Brunch
Karen !! Just take whole potato's peel them amd grate them with some onion. Then put them in a skillet with some olive oil (I prefer this) and brown them until they are cooked. YOU can add some spices like Garlic powder and paprika. See if your hubby likes this. If all else fails make potato pancakes for him.
