ISO: Hash Brown Disaster!!

Misc.
Hi All:
Since I cannot eat meat tonight for Good Friday and my husband is Jewish and not eating flour products for Passover, I decided to make eggs and hash brown potatoes for dinner. Well, the hash browns stuck together and didn't taste very good. It wasn't even good enough to give to the dog. Does anyone has a fool-proof hash brown recipe they can share. Thanks.......Karen
