Recipe(tried): Herbed Kohlrabi

Misc.
I had this problem finding recipes when kohlrabi was in season here in Florida. I found this recipe on the net someplace and really liked it. I couldn't find my savory the first time and left it out and it was okay that way, also.

Herbed Kohlrabi (4 servings)

1 lb. kohlrabi, peeled and cubed...(2 1/2 cups)
1 tblsp butter
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tblsp snipped parsley
1/2 tsp dried savory, crushed

Cook kohlrabi, covered, in enough boiling water to cover in a medium saucepan for about 10 minutes or until crisp tender. Drain well. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until kohlrabi is coated.
