Good morning Mary. Truthfully Mary, I am not certain I understand your question. I will provide you with info in a manner that I think you are wanting to know. If it isn't then post back with a clear messag for us.
If you are wanting to know how to apply the choco. covering properly all you have to do is place a cooling rack the kind that you would use for cooling muffins into a baking pan. then place coconut bars slightly frozen so they would hold their shape on the rack. Then pour the melted choco on top. What drips down will dry & then can be melted & used again. I hope this helps.
