ISO: Louis Pappas' Famous Greek Salad - cookbook recipe discrepency question
Misc.I have had a question about the Louis Pappas greek salad recipe for years. In my old and beaten copy of the small cookbook purchased from the restaurant years ago it refers to "adding the peppers" into the potato salad but the recipe calls for none. I have always assumed that the half cup of green onion actually was supposed to read green pepper as green onions are listed earlier in the ingredients list as an option instead of using standard onions. If anyone can definitively clear up this ambiquity with directions from an official Pappas source I would love to hear from them. Thanks - Gerard
