Recipe: Hi, Melvin...

We butcher five or six hogs every winter, and the recipe we use for our homemade sausage sounds just like what you're looking for. However, it may be tomorrow before I can get it posted. I'll get back here with it, so check back in tomorrow. It really is a wonderful and simple recipe.
