Recipe(tried): Homemade Sour Cream

Try this one:

Sour Cream

1-2 tb plain yoghurt in a measure and top with cream to make 1 cup.

Leave overnight in refrigerator: more yoghurt or standing longer will produce a sourer product.Buttermilk

Leave overnight in refrigerator: more yoghurt or standing longer will produce a sourer product.Treat this "plant" like a starter - remove 1-2 tb and place in either cream or milk - and off you go again!
