Recipe(tried): Honey Almond Squares (using cake mix)

HONEY ALMOND SQUARES

1 (2-layer-size) box Duncan Hines white cake mix with pudding in the mix
FOR THE TOPPING:
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup honey
1 (2 1/2 oz) pkg of sliced almonds

Bake the cake as directed on the box. Bake in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Then when done cool the cake in the pan. 

Beat the cream cheese; gradually add the honey, beating until smooth. 

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of the cooled cake. Sprinkle with the almonds and then refrigerate until ready to serve.
