Recipe(tried): Honey Butter and Fruit Butter for Susie, Lansing
Breakfast and BrunchRE: SWEET HONEY BUTTER
I don't have a recipe, but I simply whip butter, adding honey to taste. I also add about a teaspoon of powdered sugar.
I make fruit butters by pureeing and straining blueberries, strawberries, etc and whip the puree into butter and sweeten with powdered sugar to taste. I suppose these fruit butters could be sweetened with honey also.
