Recipe(tried): Honey Glazed Onions

Misc.

Honey Glazed Onions

About 24 small boiling onions

Boil onions for 3 minutes or so until the (outer) paper skin
comes off easily.
Peel all onions and put back to boil for 10 minutes. Drain onions.

Sauce:
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons catsup
2 tablespoons melted butter

Heat oven at 375 deg.

Put onions in casserole with sauce. A couple dashes of cayenne pepper on onions (optional). Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until done, basting onions occasionally with the sauce. Onions should be soft (check with toothpick)
but still keep their shape.
