Recipe: Honey Lime Salad Dressing

Honey-Lime Salad Dressing
Yield: 6 Servings
Source: by the editors of the 'Progressive Farmer Magazine'

1 egg; beaten
1/4 c lime juice
1 tsp grated lime rind
1/2 c honey
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground mace
1 c commercial sour cream

Combine egg, lime juice, grated lime rind, and honey in saucepan; cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add salt and mace; cool. Fold in sour cream; chill. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
