Recipe(tried): Hot Artichoke Dip

HOT ARTICHOKE DIP

1 envelope of Lipton recipe secrets onion soup mix
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese (or mozzarella)
Your favorite dippers (for serving)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients for the dip in a 1-quart casserole dish.

Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until heated through.

Serve with your favorite dippers.

VARIATION:

COLD ARTICHOKE DIP:
Omit the Swiss cheese. If desired, stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Do not bake.
