Recipe: Hot Crab (Shrimp) Dip for Eva

HOT CRAB (SHRIMP) DIP

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash of pepper
1 small can crabmeat or shrimp or both, drained
TO SERVE:
crackers or fresh vegetables cut for dipping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients, except seafood with mixer. (All ingredients should be room temperature.)

Mix in drained seafood with a spoon. Pour into shallow dish or pie pan.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Top should be golden brown.

Serve with crackers or vegetables.
