Recipe: Crispix RedHot Party Mix (using peanuts and pretzels)
Appetizers and SnacksCRISPIX REDHOT PARTY MIX
5 cups Crispix
2 cups pretzels
2 cups peanuts
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
3 tbsp RedHot Sauce*
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Combine cereal, pretzels and peanuts in 13x9-inch baking pan or roasting pan. Drizzle with oil. Toss until well coated.
In small bowl, stir together garlic and onion powders, seasoned salt and RedHot . Drizzle over cereal mixture. Toss until evenly coated.
Bake at 300 degrees F for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; mix well. Bake 15 minutes longer. Stir and let cool in pan. Store in airtight container.
* For "MILD" Party Mix, use 2 tbsp RedHot Sauce.
**For "MEDIUM" Party Mix, use 3 tbsp RedHot Sauce.
***For "HOT" Party Mix, use 4 tbsp RedHot Sauce.
