Recipe(tried): Hot Wings

Appetizers and Snacks
Hi,

I make my ahead of time and freeze them and they really get hot when I cook them!!

I get a bag of drumettes and deep fry them. I drain them then put them into a mixture of Louisana Hot Sauce, 1 stick of margarine(melted) and that is it. I usually make 5 lbs and use about 10 bottles of sauce. I have them buried. Then I freeze them or let me sit overnight. The secret to crisp is grilling them. Once you grill them instead of baking, you will never go back to it. We use celery and blue cheese dressing. My daughter prefers ranch dressing. I usually have them frozen in case a guest comes over!!

Enjoy
