Recipe: Spicy Chicken Wings

Appetizers and Snacks
SPICY CHICKEN WINGS

3 pounds chicken wings, tips removed and cut in half
1/2 cup bottled barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large broiler pan and rack with Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Slit foil at rack openings so fat can drain through.

Rinse chicken and pat dry; set aside.

Combine barbecue sauce, chili powder, mustard, cornstarch, garlic powder and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken; stir to coat chicken with sauce. Arrange chicken in an even layer on foil-lined rack of broiler pan.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is tender.
