Recipe(tried): Hungarian Cheese Spread

Hungarian Cheese Spread
Korozott Liptoi Turo

Serves 6-8

8 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon mustard
2 ounces roquefort cheese
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon caraway seeds
dash cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2-3 little green onions or chives, minced
salt, if needed

Blend all the ingredients very well and add salt, if needed. Serve with dark bread fingers or crackers.
