Cucumber Salad

1 cucumber
1 ounce vinegar
7 ounces water
1 teaspoon sugar
1. Peel cucumber, and slice paper thin.
2. Mix together the rest of the ingredients, and pour over the cucumber slices. Let sit for at least an hour, or until the cucumber slices are limp.

NOTES : This is a very refreshing salad, particularly good with stick-to-your-ribs foods.
