Recipe(tried): I cheat!!

Menus

sometimes i think we need an "i cheated last night board" do any of you use prepared foods?? I find that i do but dorcter them and like to do that.

last night we had a good cheat .... Mrs. Difillipos meat balls are so yummy!! they are fozen at Costco -- have tried others but these are the ones we like -- the flavor in them is so veritle and they are not gressy.

I put some in an oven dish with water and bullion cubes and slipped in oven with lid, put on 325 degrees as i wanted it to cook slowI had to run daughter to next town for dr and dinner would be when we arrived back ....

Last night we had had the dried tortilleni Costco sells and i had made way too much so had it already cooked in frige with no sauce ..... upon arriving home i put cooked tortillini in large fry pan and heated it with some butter (kinda like sautee'd it) and then added the HOT liquid from the meatballs just before serving. served all with sald and it was yum!!

well so how do you all cheat??? Am i terrible?? see any of this stuff i can do but lack of time and ya know if i find it and it is good quality why not??

What board would you all post "cheats" on??

:)
