Food Safety Tip: Cooking Eggs, Egg Whites, or Egg Yolks for Use in Recipes Calling for Raw Eggs
Hi Rhonda,
Hopefully someone will have the exact recipe for you. Here are three recipes but the first two use eggs. For safety you can use pasteurized egg product (Egg Beaters) or follow the tips in this message. The one recipe without eggs is the Banana Nut Fudge Recipe and doesn't use and ice cream freezer. I haven't tried any of the recipes but they look yummy!
Happy Cooking,
Betsy
