Hello, I am in the same situation as you are, and I know how difficult it is. Ontop of all of the issues we must deal with we also have to think about meals. Well I cook everything, My mother eats, Quiches, Puddings, Mashed Yams, and her favorite is lasagna, also some think stews are good. Good luck, be strong and hang in there.
