ITALIAN CHICKEN
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (26 oz) jar pasta sauce.
1 (8 oz) can sliced mushrooms
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium zucchini, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
Hot cooked linguini or spaghetti (for serving)
Combine all of the ingredients except for the spaghetti in a crock pot.
Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, or until the chicken is tender.
Serve over the hot spaghetti.
Makes 4 servings
