Recipe(tried): Italian Pecorino Cheese Panettone

Italian Pecorino Cheese Panettone
This is a typical Italian appetizer to be enjoyed with your family at Easter with salami,sharp cheese or ham.

INGREDIENTS
750 GRAMS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
350 GRAMS FRESHLY GRATED PECORINO CHEESE
150 ML OLIVE OIL
200 ML WARM WATER
2 PKGS ACTIVE DRY YEAST
5 LARGE EGGS
2 TSPS SALT
2 TSPS GROUND BLACK PEPPER

EXECUTION
mix all ingredients together until you have a sticky,soft dough.
Put it into a greased,oven proof high pan and let it rise until it reaches the edges of the pan.
Put it into a preheated oven (200 celsius) and
bake it until the surface gets golden brown.
Now, insert a long wooden pick inside the panettone,if it comes out clean,then your panettone is ready.
Let it cool on a rack and enjoy it.
