Recipe(tried): Italian Restaurant-Style Dipping Oil for Bread

Appetizers and Snacks
Carol a local Italian restaurant uses olive oil, balsamic vinegar, roasted garlic (minced), fresh basil (minced), and oregano. Mix it all together and dip the bread. Quantities look like 2 to 1 oil to vinegar, tablespoon each of herbs, but taste and adjust. Good stuff.
