Dipping Oil for Bread (like Carrabba's)

In trying to copycat Carrabba's herb dip, I experimented using all FRESH HERBS with this recipe, and was extremely happy with the end result. These are the measurements I used. Chopping all the fresh herbs, extremely fine, almost to a mush. Chopped by hand only.

There are 9 ingredients in Carrabba's recipe, according to one waitress.

1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic granules (not powder)
1 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Mix all ingredients together and place in a glass jar with tight cover, in refrigerator till ready to use.

Place some on a flat saucer and douse with extra virgin olive oil and a crusty bread for dipping.

Hope you enjoy!
