Recipe: Jello Sunshine Salad

Found this in an OLD Better Homes and Gardens CookBook...no yogurt though.

SUNSHINE SALAD

Dissolve one 3-oz pkg lemon-flavored gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Drain one No. 2 can (2 and 1/2 cups) crushed pineapple, reserve syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1 cup; add to gelatin, with 1 Tablespoon vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Chill till partially set.
Fold pineapple, 1 cup grated carrot, and 1/3 cup chopped pecans into gelatin. Turn into a 10x6x1 and 1/2 inch pan. Chill until firm.
