Recipe: Jiffy Coffee Cake with Cocoa-Nut Swirl (using Jiffy Cake Mix and instant pudding mix)

JIFFY COFFEE CAKE

FOR THE CAKE:
1 pkg Jiffy white cake mix (1 layer size)
1 (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup water
FOR THE TOPPING:
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts

TO MAKE THE CAKE:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

Stir the cake mix and vanilla pudding mix together then add eggs, oil and water; stir well. Spread in prepared baking pan.

TO MAKE THE TOPPING:
Mix sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, and nuts together and sprinkle over top of batter. Swirl with a knife into the cake mix.

Bake at 350 degrees F about 30 minutes.
