Recipe: Mini White-Castle Taste-Alikes (using dry onion soup mix and refrigerated biscuit dough)

MINI WHITE-CASTLE TASTE-ALIKES

1 or 2 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
1/2 lb. 80% ground beef (ground chicken or turkey for lower calories)
1 egg
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
yellow American cheese slices
dill pickle slices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Separate biscuits into rounds and press into muffin tin.  

Mix ground beef, egg and soup mix.  Add 1 tablespoon mixture into biscuit round.  Top with 1/4 slice cheese and 1 dill pickle slice.  Cover with another biscuit round to make top, sealing edges.  

Bake in 350 degree oven until brown.
