Recipe: Juanita Jordan's Mac and Cheese (Michael Jordan's Macaroni and Cheese)

JUANITA JORDAN'S MAC AND CHEESE

"A special recipe from Jaunita Jordan, and a trademark dish at Michael Jordan's restaurant. Who knows, maybe this is the secret to Michael's phenomenal hoops! Try it and see..."

12 oz. cream
20 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, divided use
2 oz. Romano cheese, divided use
4 Tbsp. butter
32 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Salt and fresh ground pepper (to taste)

Heat cream in saucepan over low flame. Add half the cheese, all of the butter, then stir in the pasta. Season to taste. Spoon mixture into a casserole. Top with remaining cheeses.

Bake in preheated 450 degree F oven until top is golden brown.

Serves 1 Bulls player, or 4 others as an entree, 8 as a side dish.
