Recipe(tried): Cashew Crunch

That is THE one. I'm a huge fan of the Amish Cashew Crunch from WI. (It's actually named, "Ro's Amish Cashew Crunch").

Anyhow, I tried the recipe last week and it's wonderful. VERY tricky timing on this one, but mine turned out pretty well.
