Recipe: Karen's Famous Super Bowl Cheese Ball

Karen's Famous Super Bowl Cheese Ball

1 small onion, quartered
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz cream cheese, cut into 8 cubes
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Mix the milk and Worcestershire sauce together. In a food processor, chop the onion finely. Add the cream cheese and process. Add the cheddar and blue cheeses, and the milk-and-Worcestershire mixture, and process until mixed. Scoop the cheese mixture into plastic wrap, form into a ball, and refrigerate until firm.

You can roll the cheese ball in chopped parsley, chopped pecans, or sliced almonds. Usually, though, I just scoop the cheese mixture into a bowl and chow down.

Very yummy with Wheat Thins.
