TURKEY ZANZIBAR
1 pound boneless skinless turkey breast tenderloins
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
1/2 small lemons or limes
mango chutney (for serving, optional)
Brush turkey breast tenderloins on both sides with oil and rub with seasonings. Squeeze lemon over turkey; set aside.
Prepare outdoor grill for cooking or pre-heat broiler. Grill or broil tenderloins 5 to 6 inches from heat source 5 to 8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Serve with mango chutney.
