Recipe: Pineapple Cheese Ball
Appetizers and Snacks Pineapple Cheese Ball

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 small can Dole crushed pineapple, drained
2 (1/4 cup) pkg pecan pieces
1 Tbsp green pepper
1 tsp onion
1 tsp seasoned salt
Combine all of the above with just 1 pkg of nuts, then roll all of this in the other pkg of nuts. Best served with Ritz crackers.
