Recipe: Kenny Rogers Oven Roasted Potatoes

Oven-Roasted Potatoes
Cooking with Kenny Rogers copyright 1987
Serves 4

12 small red-skinned potatoes
2 TBLS. butter, or margarine, melted
1/4 teas. dried thyme, crumbled
salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place potatoes in an ovenproof casserole dish. Pour butter over potatoes. Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper. Turn potatoes in butter. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
