KIWI AND STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE SQUARES
1 3/4 cups Original Bisquick mix
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 teaspoons finely shredded lemon peel
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup thinly sliced strawberries
1 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease square pan, 9x9x2 inches.
Stir together all ingredients except fruit in medium bowl. Gently stir in fruit.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool.
