Recipe: Korean War Baked Luncheon Meat with Mustard Sauce (using Spam, 1950's)

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
KOREAN WAR BAKED LUNCHEON MEAT WITH MUSTARD SAUCE

3 pounds luncheon meat (yes, Spam)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons water

Score surface of luncheon loaf with a knife.

Mix together sugar, mustard, cinnamon, vinegar and water. Pour over meat.

Bake 30 minutes in a 350 degree F oven.

Makes 10 servings
