Things I should expand on:
Put Hamburger in skillet just as it comes out of package should pretty well cover the bottom of a 11' skillet
Chop onion and put on top then press garlic on that.
Simmer coverd till top of hamburger is gray , at this point breakup hamburger and stirup onions and garlic ..

In the Beans I use Gebhardt chili powder, (just in beans ) it is lighter in color and gives a famtastic flavor.. and after simmering for a couple of hours and (and be carefull) about 1/3 tsp of louisana hot sause type pepper sausce (not Tabasco)

And I can't spell Paul (KNEW not NEW) Guss Belt from Bloomington which was 40 miles to the north,, and I should clarify that PAUL Christopher Owned the "Hitching Post not Pauls Confectionary
