Recipe(tried): Last nights Dinner was Lasagna Rolls

Last night for dinner we were in the mood for Italian food, but I did not want to make a big meal (college finals are coming up) so I went with our old standby Lasagna Rolls. These are idea if you want the taste of quick lasagna without the time and mess involved in making the regular meal.

Lasagna Rolls
This meal is really quick and my family likes it just as well as our traditional lasagna meal which I do still make on occassions. I usually serve it with a green salad and a big chunk of garlic bread.

1 Box Lasagna Noodles
1 lb. ground chuck
1 jar of spaghetti sauce (Homemade if I have it frozen, or a jar if not *Gina's recipe is great in this)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cupozzarella cheese

1. Cook noodles according to package directions.

2. While noodles are cooking, brown chuck with garlic and some cut up onions.

3. Drain chuck and mix with spaghetti sauce, heat until warm. In the meantime, mix both cheeses together.

4. Drain noodles and lay flat. Cover noodles,individually, with a layer of meat mixture, and cheese mixture.

5. Roll up into a ball, and place seam side down in a baking dish that has been coated with non-stick spray.

6. Cover with remaining sauce, and cover dish and bake 45 minutes at 350F.

7. Top with freshly cut oregano or parmesan cheese.
